「FOTOZOFIO」はシニア世代のアーティストを対象にしたオンライン写真・映像芸術プロジェクトです。50歳以上のアーティストの経験と記憶をテーマにした写真や映像のプロジェクトを招待または公募し、彼らの想いを次世代に伝えることを目的にサイトにアーカイブしています。「FOTOZOFIO 2025 ARLES」では、フランス・アルルの会場で作品のプリント展示、およびキュレーターによる公開ポートフォリオレビューを開催します。

● Serge Clément（写真家）
1975年から写真家として活動。世界各地で個展・グループ展を開催し、「Vertige Vestige」「Fragrant Light」「Dépaysé」など多数の作品を発表。ドキュメンタリーからインスタレーション、詩的な物語、都市景観、写真集まで幅広い表現手段を探求。カナダ芸術評議会、ケベック芸術文学評議会から多数の助成金を受け、2007年にはニューヨークのケベック・スタジオでのアーティスト・イン・レジデンスを経験。2012年にはCALQ芸術創造賞を受賞。ガスぺジー国際写真祭との国際交流事業で作品を発表するなど、国際的に活動するほか、写真集に特化した展覧会を企画するなど、写真表現の可能性を広げている。

ガスペジー国際写真祭 創設者・ディレクター。写真祭は、展覧会、アーティスト・イン・レジデンス、上映会、学校や一般向けの広報活動など、独創的で多様なプログラムを通じて、著名な写真家のみならず新進の写真家の作品をも伝えることを目的としている。写真祭はイベントの開催地である学校委員会や自治体との真の文化仲介活動を通して地域社会に深く根ざしており、あらゆる形態の写真作品の紹介に取り組んでいる。

FOTOZOFIO is an online photography and video art project dedicated to senior artists. We invite and openly call for photography and video projects from artists aged 50 and above, focusing on their experiences and memories. Our aim is to archive their artistic expressions on our website, preserving their thoughts and conveying them to future generations. FOTOZOFIO 2025 ARLES will feature a print exhibition of works and an open portfolio review led by a curator, held at a venue in Arles, France.

FOTOZOFIO is an online photography and video art project for artists aged 50 and over. Each participant is asked to bring around 20 photo prints, A4 size or bigger. The prints will be laid out on a table for group viewing. The reviewer will critique each participant's work for approximately 15 minutes, with input from other participants and observers.

● Biography of Serge Clément
Photographer active since 1975. He has held numerous solo and group exhibitions around the world, presenting many works "Vertige Vestige," " Fragrant Light," and " Dépaysé." He explores a wide range of expressive means, from documentaries to installations, poetic narratives, urban landscapes, and photo books. He has received numerous grants from the Canada Council for the Arts and the Quebec Arts and Letters Council, and in 2007 he experienced an artist-in-residence at the Quebec Studio in New York. In 2012, he received the CALQ Prize for Creative Achievement. In addition to international activities such as presenting his work in international exchange projects with the Gaspésie International Photography Festival, he is expanding the possibilities of photographic expression by organizing exhibitions specializing in photo books.
● Biography of Claude Goulet
Founder and Director of the Gaspésie International Photography Festival. The festival aims to showcase the works of both renowned and emerging photographers through an original and diverse program that includes exhibitions, artist residencies, screenings, and outreach activities for schools and the general public. The festival is deeply rooted in the local community through genuine cultural mediation with the school boards and municipalities where the events are held, and is committed to presenting photographic works in all forms.
